This is an opportunity to bring your yoga practice to the next level. Consistency is key to creating the changes you desire.

You can participate in 3 different yoga classes each week. The classes will build on each other but be unique and challenge you to focus inward and learn more about the mind/ body connection as well as how our magnificent body functions.

Did you know that learning something new, being creative, and challenging yourself will improve your cognitive functioning and your physical heath and well being?

Yoga is not just about being flexible. It is about balancing strength with flexibility, stability with mobility and being more aware of subtle modifications that might go unnoticed.

Activate your body. Calm your mind.

You are welcome and encouraged to request whatever you feel will be helpful for you and I will do my best to integrate your requests into our practice.

There will be time to chat for 5 minutes before and after class if you would like to socialize a bit.

All Live Zoom classes are recorded and will be available about 30 minutes after the Live Zoom class ends.
These recordings will be available for one week and then they will be replaced with the new class for that day.

You will always have 3 different classes to practice with.

Live Zoom class times;

Tuesday 4:30 – 6:00pm EST

Thursday 4:30 – 6:00pm EST

The cost is $100 for 4 weeks. That comes to $12.50 per class with the option to practice as often as you want with the recordings.

Please send me an email with any questions, requests or letting me know you want to join me for these Live Zoom Yoga classes. I will send you instructions and you will get an email before the Zoom session begins so you can login to the meeting for the live class.
