Meditation is about seeking stillness. It is finding that deep well of wisdom that lies inside each of us. It is taking time from the chaos of our day and settling in to listen to our breath. It is the time to feel the prana that flows through our bodies and to be in touch with our innermost being.
Meditation brings us this very precious, present moment. Just to be present with the breath is healing and transformative. The body and mind relax and we feel held by a higher power. In this moment, we can feel perfection, letting go of our mental chatter and judgements. The more we can let go, the deeper we can go into our meditation towards a place of peace and contentment.
These 4 meditations represent the cycles of the seasons: the darkness of winter, the new beginnings of spring, the fullness of summer and the act of letting go in the fall.
