In our Semi Private Yoga Classes we use a combination of Yoga TuneUp balls for self massage, resistance bands for strength and feedback, and a variety of other props that give you different feedback and opportunities to explore movement in a variety of ways.

Modifications are given so that everyone can find their way into a pose safely. There should never be any pain especially in any joint. I learn from my students every day. I find so much pleasure as I see them growing and understanding more and more what yoga has to offer.
