Yoga Therapy can include yoga based principles with different types of yoga from strength building to restorative yoga using yoga props and the wall. It can also include using Yoga Tuneup Balls for self massage and working the fascia or connective tissue.
Integrated Healing Sessions can include a combination of yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, yoga tune up balls, chanting, nutrition consultations.
Custom Yoga Videos can be made specifically for you and your needs so you can practice on your own.
